“No Fix No Fee” Guarantee
The RooNet IT “No Fix No Fee” Guarantee means that if you call us to fix a problem and we can’t find a solution, fix or repair, we won’t charge you a cent, even if we come to your home or office! If the solution to your problem might be that you need to upgrade and buy new software or hardware, which of course is seperate charges from labour. If for any reason you decide not to go with solution and  follow our situation or advice, then the guarantee does not apply unfortunately but for everything else, you are covered! 
30 -Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that your system remains healthy for at least 30-days after each visit or service from us.If you do have any issues notify our friendly office staff straight away and we will book the same technician to come out on the next available appointment if it is the same issue that has reoccurred then you will not have anything more to pay it’s on us! Of course, any new or unrelated problems are not included in the guarantee, but we’ll try our best to look after you!
